If a full velvet blazer or suit is not your style, you could always choose a subtle interpretation of the velvet suit, such as velvet lapels for example. The quality and the cut of the velvet are absolutely key when it comes to maximizing the benefits of a velvet suit for men. Make sure that the fit is perfect when you are buying a velvet suit, because a poorly fitting suit is not going to have the same sex appeal as one that is custom tailored to your silhouette.
